Trainee Payroll Administrator

This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing business and we are looking for a Trainee Payroll Administrator who are keen to develop their career in payroll.

Responsibilities and Duties include :

  • Reviewing and analysing data submitted by clients
  • Using Microsoft Excel collate information from clients for the payroll dept.
  • Understanding and applying the different systems and criteria in place for individual clients
  • Manage communications with clients via email and telephone
  • Updating databases and records to reflect client requests
  • Working closely with payroll providers and supporting other team members as required

Experience :

  • Experience within a client payroll environment would be advantageous.
  • Strong Excel & Numeracy experience
  • To be able to work in busy and fast paced environments.
  • Good Team player.
