Trainee Payroll Administrator
This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing business and we are looking for a Trainee Payroll Administrator who are keen to develop their career in payroll.
Responsibilities and Duties include :
- Reviewing and analysing data submitted by clients
- Using Microsoft Excel collate information from clients for the payroll dept.
- Understanding and applying the different systems and criteria in place for individual clients
- Manage communications with clients via email and telephone
- Updating databases and records to reflect client requests
- Working closely with payroll providers and supporting other team members as required
- Experience within a client payroll environment would be advantageous.
- Strong Excel & Numeracy experience
- To be able to work in busy and fast paced environments.
- Good Team player.
